Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to accept any returns. If there is an issue with your order please do get in touch and we will be very happy to help.

We are happy to resolve any issues and provide a replacement or refund for any damaged or lost items. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect at rootedbynaturestore@gmail.com. We kindly ask that you provide a photograph of the damaged product and/or shipping box so that we can pass this on to the necessary parties. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Approved refunds will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries or wrong delivery address details. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your order.
