Our Sea Moss Gel is produced fresh every day and shipped the same day using Royal Mail 1st class service for all orders placed before 9am. Orders placed after 9am will be prepared and sent the following day. Please note, orders placed after 9am on Thursday will be shipped on a Monday. 

All non-perishable items such as Dried Sea Moss and Skincare, will be shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class service. 

Wholesale orders will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st class signed for service.

Please ensure you have checked the shipping address before confirming your order and let us know of any errors immediately, whilst we will do our best to change details of the shipping address, once an order has been posted we are unable to make any amendments.

You will receive notification via email once your order has been shipped.
