Sea Moss - is often referred to as a ‘superfood’ as it contains an astonishing 92 of the 102 minerals and vitamins that the body consists of, and requires daily, in order to function at its optimum health. A short list of these include; Folic acid, Potassium, Vitamin D, Magnesium, and Omega-3 Fatty Acids. Its high mineral count makes sea moss great for supporting a healthy immune system.
